How long till I receive my order?

All dispatch times are stated in product descriptions. Once dispatched UK customers will receive orders within 1 working days and international orders will take 3-4 days.

How do pre orders work?

Simple! Secure the stock you would like with our 10% deposit system and pay the rest before dispatch. Always check dispatch information in the product descriptions for timeframes.

Do I have to pay VAT on my order?

UK orders 20% VAT is included within the listed price.

EU orders your local VAT rate is included within the price so no taxes or duties are due on import.

Rest of world VAT is not charged on the product value, this will need to be paid to your local border force on import.

Can I cancel my order?
