Please check the product description, this will be stated under the 'Payment & Dispatch' heading. If you pay with our 10% deposit system, the payment due date will be stated, this will be approximately one week before we are due to dispatch your order.

Your payment will automatically be taken around a week before dispatch, on the date stated when placing your order. You do not need to do anything, this will be taken automatically, just make sure the funds are available. If you wish to pay sooner, let us know and we can send you a link to pay this. If your payment declines when automatically attempted, you will be sent an email with a link to pay. Your order will not be dispatched until full payment is made.

Cancellation requests can only be considered if submitted within 48 hours of order date and time. Please email info@gradedwholesale.com. Pre orders are considered final and the 10% is non refundable due to change of mind.

We can arrange custom orders for customers wishing to place a large order with us. We consider a large order to be over the value of £3000. We have also look at the pricing for you.
