At Graded Wholesale, we are dedicated to offering high-quality products and outstanding service to our valued customers. Before you make your purchase please review our purchase, returns & refund policies detailed below.
Purchase Policy:
When you make a purchase from Graded Wholesale, you agree to the following terms.
1. Product Description Review: We urge you to carefully review the product description and the How We Grade page before finalising your purchase. This ensures that you have a comprehensive understanding of the item you are acquiring and its estimated dispatch date range.
2. Non-Refundable Items: Products are non-refundable. Prior to purchasing, please be aware of their non-refundable status. We regret that we cannot accommodate special requests for such items at this time.
Please note that Graded Wholesale exclusively serves businesses, including companies and traders operating as Limited companies or Sole Traders. As a result, all transactions with us are considered business-to-business (B2B) and are exempt from consumer law. We are specifically as wholesale company that provides goods to the businesses, we are not a retailer.
Returns/ Refund Policy:
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from Graded Wholesale. If you encounter any issues with your order, please follow the guidelines below.
Grading Variance: Given the nature of our products, which includes used and worn items, there may be a grading error of 5-10%. We recommend laundering items to maximise their selling potential. This is industry standard and a well known practice to maximise profits.
Authorisation Requirement: All returns must be authorised at our discretion. To initiate a return, your order must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Request Period: You must submit your return request within 48 hours of receiving your order. If your return is approved, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process: Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to the sender. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, you will receive a refund within 14 working days.
If your return request is granted you will be refunded the product cost only. You will not be refunded the shipping costs and international customers will not be refunded your countries local VAT rate (which is applied to your order). This is used to clear your parcel at customs and cannot be refunded.
Orders must be checked and any errors communicated to Graded Wholesale within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Cancellation Requests:
We assess cancellation requests on an individual basis and authorise them at our discretion. Prior to placing an order, please ensure satisfaction with the items in your cart and familiarise yourself with our policies. We do not provide refunds for orders resulting from errors such as ordering the wrong item, insufficient funds, or a change of mind. Once an order is placed, it is considered final, as stock from the pre-order will be allocated to you.
Cancellation requests made within 48hr of order date/time may be considered on pre order products.
